Charlene Ramdeo has over 15 years of extensive experience creating and optimizing digital strategies for various organizations across Canada. She has spent most her career in the Financial Services sector working in digital lead roles at RBC, CIBC, Sentry Investments and Citigroup. She spent several years working as a digital strategy consultant for Rogers, Deloitte, KPMG and Canada Post. She was the VP of Innovation and Deployment within the Internal Audit department at Citigroup where she led the rollout strategy for new audit tool and solutions. In her most recent venture, she has returned to consulting as the Director of Strategy at Consultus Digital, and her key focus is on helping businesses improve their digital presence online and optimize their workflows by leveraging AI and automation.

She spent 3 years at Aviva where she led the Digital Marketing Consultancy (DMC) team which focused on helping brokers optimize their online presence and lead acquisition strategies. During her time there she helped hundreds of brokers leverage data and technology to streamline their processes. She held the Women in Leadership Conference in 2019 and 2020 which was focused around inspiring, educating and celebrating women within the insurance industry.
