Charlene has over 13 years of experience creating and optimizing digital strategies for various organizations. She has spent most of her career in the Financial Services sector working in digital lead roles. She is currently leading the rollout strategy for new audit tools and solutions at Citigroup.

She spent 3 years at Aviva where she led the Digital Marketing Consultancy (DMC) team which focused on helping brokers optimize their online presence and lead acquisition strategies. During her time at Aviva she helped hundreds of brokers leverage data and technology to streamline their processes. She held the Women in Leadership Conference in 2019 and 2020 which was focused around inspiring, educating, and celebrating women within the insurance industry.
